Golfview Villas at Meadow Woods

The property is situated on Meadow Woods Golf Course and we are just two (2) minutes walk from the Club House, where you can use the villas membership to play golf and not have to pay Green Fees, use the very large pool, children's play area, tennis courts, snack bar or have a drink in the bar. All these facilities are included in the villa rental. Also included is the use Buenaventura West Golf Course and club facilities approximately five minutes drive from the villas.Electric cart fees are payable at all clubs, as walking the courses is disallowed.

DISNEY/MGM/EPCOT are approximately fifteen minutes drive, from S.R. 417, picked up, right by Golfview Villas. SEA WORLD, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS AND WET 'N WILD are 15-20 minutes away. After all this, you can come back to peace and quiet and watch the golfers from our screened in, tiled patio, that overlooks the 7th. fairway.

We are just fifteen (15) minutes from Orlando International Airport. After a long flight you do not have very far to go for comfort and where a welcome pack of coffee, tea, sugar and milk will be waiting for you. We must point out that Sanford Airport, which is about a fifty (50) minute drive is open. Most charter flights, land there now. However most all vacation homes, near the attractions, will be about a fifty (50) minute drive from Sanford too.

There is a pool at the villas, which is heated all year. Only the residents and guests, such as yourself, are allowed to use it. A key will be provided for you. This pool pool house has a shower, toilets, etc. Also it is a good place to get out of the sun from time to time. You can view this be clicking on our outside images below.

Also our properties have alarm systems installed.

Booking Policy:

If you would like to book with us. Please click to your left.  We need to know your arrival and departure dates. You will be asked to send a non-refundable deposit in the amount of Fifty (50) Pounds, or Eighty (80) dollars, for each week booked. The balance will be due six (6) weeks before departure. When you book with us you will be sent detailed instructions on how to get to your unit. Someone will meet you, get you checked in and show you around. You can call us from the UK. at 016-217-40150. Other Odds and Ends:

The properties are fully air-conditioned and have ceiling fans in every room, including the patios.

There is a barbecue in each villa, in case you feel like cooking outside.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. The only towels, you need to bring with you are for the pool or beach. We ask that you not take our towels out, of the villa, as this runs up the costs of doing business.

The units are cleaned thoroughly before you arrive and are very easy to keep clean.

Optional Extras:

A baby cot can be rented for 10 pounds, or 16 dollars per week.

A grocery pack can be left for you, if you request it.
